This place is fantastic!
I am an older disabled person with severe back problems. It is very difficult for me to try this exercise.
The channel sizing program was the first thing me I have exercised in 5 years.
Very low impact, and you can go at your own pace with no judgement from instructor or fellow program participates.
Nice modern facilities, with massive expansion construction taking place to expand this wonderful facility.

Looks like a beautiful center. We didn't get to use it as a storm was passing through. So I will give it 5 stars based on what I could see from the lobby.
The pool with the slide is probably great for kids. But the Olympic pool is phenomenal. Great place to cool off and get a workout.
They charge per hour and give you a wrist band. Which is a bit strange but in practice, not too terrible. It's the best pool in Las Cruces, be sure to check it out.
This is only the second time I have been here, and it was just as fun as the first! I had a great time with my kids! We went down the slide and got to relax in the warm pool. Wonderful end to our summer break!
Nice little place, but it is little. I can see it getting very busy here but we went on a Sunday afternoon, so not so busy when it reopened at 4pm. 2 adults 1 child, cost 11 dollars and the place was actually clean too! Keep up the good work!
This center is quiet and useful; I used it for showers and the Women’s restrooms were clean and at a low occupancy (went on a Saturday early afternoon).
The showers are $1 and are hot and steamy, there’s plenty of space to change and there are lockers available for your items. I used the bench located in the shower area, and toilets and sinks were nearby.
I took my time, but was not wasteful. Luckily there are no time limits which allowed me to shower, change and be on my way!
Highly recommend for this area.
Very nice, if you want to live longer you have to be active,and stay healthy.
